ERAU STUDY ABROAD JAPAN program is an extremely unique program: you can experience almost “all about Japan” inside and out during your 5 week stay in Summer A.

The program is carefully designed to explore both “metropolitan” Japan and rural “back country” Japan with genuine Japanese college campus living in a small regional town. 

During the first week of the program, you’ll travel around large cities of Japan with “the Bullet” super-express trains.  From second to fifth week, you’ll stay in Niigata, at Keiwa College (located in Central Northern Japan). 

Through Keiwa College Japan Culture and Language Program (JCLP), we offer multiple well-rounded and exciting hands-on classes (HU199 or HU399 and SS399 or EGR399) with exciting local field trips every week.
