The Fred and Fay Haas Interfaith Chapel is a peaceful and beautiful space available to meet the needs of persons of all faith. Located near the residence halls in Building 46, the chapel’s main room features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking nearby mountains, offering a stunning backdrop for religious services as well as University and private events. Small meditation rooms are available for the spiritual practices of individuals and small groups.

The Fred and Fay Haas Interfaith Chapel scheduling is available through Meeting Room Manager, accessible only by faculty and administration. Student organizations will need to request their scheduling reservation through the Office of Student Activities to check availability.
All approvals are subject to change or cancellation by the Chapel Coordinator in case of urgent need. Requests for additional use will be subject to availability and special approval.
The use of any room in the Chapel for personal income or profit will not be permitted.
All off-campus requests will be directed through Events Office and are subject to availability.
All student organizations must be registered with the Office of Student Activities. The purpose of the registration is to keep accurate records of the names of officers and to keep groups in closer contact with appropriate University offices.
Reservation requests must be made through the Office of Student Activities.
The meditation rooms at The Fred and Fay Haas Interfaith Chapel are reserved for the spiritual practices of individuals and small groups at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
As a symbol of respect and hospitality for all the various spiritual traditions represented on our campus, there will be no permanent symbol within The Fred and Fay Haas Interfaith Chapel that is specific to only one faith tradition.
Activities held in The Fred and Fay Haas Interfaith Chapel should at all times demonstrate the level of respect appropriate to religious spaces. All food and beverage requests must be approved by the Chapel Coordinator.
There is a $100 fee for all weddings sponsored by an ERAU faculty, staff, or student. Reservations must be made through the Events Department. Proceeds will go to the Campus Ministry Program at ERAU.
There is also $250 deposit for cleaning that will be refunded after the event if the Chapel is returned to its previous state.
If media services are required for the ceremony, there is an additional cost for their services at $15 per hour, as a technician must be on-site during the use of the technology.
For external weddings, the cost will be as follows: $100 per hour or $500 for the day. The rest of the fees are the same as the aforementioned.
Memorial services for ERAU family will be given priority, and there will be no charge to the family for the use of the facility.
All reservations will be made through Meeting Room Manager. Health Services has the authority to accept or decline the reservation.
